The Provincial Language Service is a program of the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) that provides interpreting and translation services to the BC Health Authorities.

Interpreting Services for PHSA, Vancouver Coastal Health, Fraser Health and Providence Health Care are consolitated and funded under a centralized budget.

Interpreting services for Interior Health, Island Health and Northern Health, as well as translation services for all health authorities are provided on a fee-for-service basis. For more information including rates, please contact pls@phsa.ca.

The Provincial Language Service (PLS) provides spoken language interpreting services in over 150 languages:
